Job Summary Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Director, Brand Marketing to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic and tactical operations of a large and/or complex brand portfolio and development of Brand Managers and Associate/Assistant Brand Managers. Work Environment Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Manage P&L responsibilities for a larger and/or complex brand portfolio. Develops long-term business strategies for sustained top and bottom line growth Modifies strategy readily as customers, consumers or competitors change Anticipate market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly Incorporate company-wide perspective into brand strategy and decision making Drive teams to deliver on initiatives in support of brand strategy Gain organizational support and senior level buy-in for brand team initiatives Creatively interpret data and markets to identify new opportunities and solutions that have significant impact on the business Build high functioning brand teams and work effectively across functions Education and Experience BA/BS required; MBA preferred 9+ years total marketing business experience (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics) Significant experience in category analysis and forecasting Strong understanding of common consumer marketing research tools and techniques Experience with P&L analysis, leading and developing people Compensation and Benefits The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $ 147,300-$209,700 . This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
