Meets general operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews Accomplishes construction project results by defining work purpose and scope. Implement construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases. Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with main-con general order. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures. Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Skills : Ability to read general construction plans and store elevation drawings Capable in demonstrating proposals and projects Fair communication skills, both verbal and written Organising with strong work attention to detail Manage workk schedule with urgent deadlines Time management and problem-solving skills Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience working in the construction field
