Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor transportation activities across the EMEA region, including, but not limited to inbound and outbound
- First point of contact for freight questions/escalations and responsible to resolve them decisively
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all shipping documentation, including dangerous goods, export/import requirements and regional regulations

- Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a logistical / freight coordinating role
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.

Requirements
- Bachelor in logistics or supply chain
- Knowledge of 3PL operations
- Experience with international shipping, freight forwarders, Incoterms, customs procedures, and transport documentation
- Competent in spoken/written English and Dutch
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Understanding of freight rate structures and transportation KPI
- Working Conditions:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., at a desk or workstation).
- Constantly operates a computer and other standard office equipment.
- Must be able to occasionally move about the facility to access operational/distribution areas.
