Responsibilities
- Lead product backlog management, including prioritization, refinement, and alignment with product vision

- What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development within Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven experience in backlog management, user story creation, and requirements elicitation
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and design sessions
- Strong knowledge of product development tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, MS Office Suite)
- Experience identifying and troubleshooting software features and issues
- Exposure to mobile application development (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams
- Fluent in English
