Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping scalable web and mobile applications with a strong full-stack background.
  • Proven expertise in system design, distributed systems, and modern software architecture with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • While experience with our stack (Python/Django, Celery, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, React, React Native) is preferred, it's not mandatory.
  • Strong communication & collaboration with product and design teams to create user-centric and technically sound products.
  • Passionate about AI and its potential to transform software development and products with AI integration, automation, or tooling. Hands-on experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to others
