About the role

Job Summary: Basic Salary: $4300 - $6800 Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 6pm Working Location: Kent Ridge AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment Job Responsibilities: - Support clinical quality, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives. - Coordinate quality and safety training, workshops, and related activities. - Provide administrative support for committees, including meeting coordination and minute taking. - Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis. - Collect, analyze, and prepare quality and safety reports, dashboards, and presentations. - Coordinate workshop logistics, participant registrations, faculty engagement, and project reviews. - Monitor project timelines and follow up on submissions and compliance requirements. - Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, templates, and process documentation. - Update website content and support communication materials. - Collaborate with clinicians, departments, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline. - Prior experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, clinical governance, quality improvement, or healthcare project management. - Knowledge of Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies and patient safety principles. - Clinical or healthcare industry background will be advantageous. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation. - Good programme coordination and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Experience with healthcare systems, AI, or automation tools will be an advantage. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
