Power Platform Developer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer systems of other related field
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas apps and model-driven apps) for building enterprise-grade business applications.
• Has a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas.
• Ability to identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions.
• Advanced experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA, and business process flows) for automation of complex organizational workflows.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dataverse: data modeling, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, security roles, and integration with the Power Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to build agents end to end in Microsoft Copilot Studio across the current agent types: conversational (declarative) agents, autonomous event-triggered agents, voice agents, and multi-agent orchestrations using orchestrator, connected, and child agents .
• Practical knowledge of generative orchestration, agent instructions and triggers, knowledge grounding ( SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, and Microsoft Fabric data agents ), and equipping agents with tools through connectors, and agent flows.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and content moderation, prompt-injection and data-loss safeguards, agent authentication and multi-channel publishing (including Microsoft Teams ), and agent lifecycle management, evaluation, o
