Customer Acquisition Executive (Banking Products)

Responsibilities

• Promote credit card and personal loan products at roadshows and events
• Engage customers and explain product benefits
• Assist with applications and documentation
• Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with banking guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• Sales, retail, customer service, telemarketing, or banking experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Comfortable working at roadshows, malls, and event locations
• Motivated and target-driven
