About the role
Interview date: Monday 29 th June 2026 We seek a talented individual to oversee the organisation and delivery of the College's outreach offering, helping to support the College increase its proportion of students from the state sector, and students from backgrounds identified in the University's Access and Participation Plan. The post holder will sit within the Pembroke Admissions Office and, in addition to their outreach responsibilities, will support the Admissions and Outreach Officer during key admissions periods (primarily between October and December each year). This collaboration will be reciprocated during busy phases of outreach delivery. The Outreach & Admissions Officer will: The post holder will be responsible for representing the College at events, and online via the department's social media channels. They will also work closely with schools, prospective applicants, and applicants' supporters, providing an approachable and supportive source of information and advice. As such, the position would suit a highly motivated, personable individual, who is skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and prospective applicants, and is able to work both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will also have strong organisational skills, and be able to present to a wide range of audiences in an engaging and approachable manner.
