Responsibilities

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handling high-volume sourcing using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Screening a large pipeline of candidates daily to assess fit for customer service and collections roles.

  • Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field, would be an asset

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a call center, BPO, or similar environment.
  • Resilience & Agility: Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-turnover hiring environment-think of it like running a marathon at a sprinter's pace!
  • People & Process Driven: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong ability to engage candidates quickly and clearly communicate job expectations.
