๐Ÿš€ The Job Mission This hybrid role is ideal for candidates within commuting distance of Bridgwater or open to relocation, with support provided. You will lead the development and management of integrated project schedules within a complex infrastructure programme. Working closely with your future team, you will provide critical planning insight to support strategic project delivery decisions. - Own and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across complex programme environments. - Ensure contractor schedules are aligned and fully integrated into the overarching master programme. - Develop and manage logic-linked schedules aligned with defined project work breakdown structures. - Analyse schedule performance to identify critical path, risks, delays and improvement opportunities. - Provide clear schedule reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and project leadership teams. - Manage schedule updates and assess impacts of changes in line with project control processes. - Collaborate with engineering, construction and project controls teams to ensure delivery alignment. - Support development and continuous improvement of planning standards, processes and best practices. ๐Ÿ›  Essential Skills - Significant experience as a Planner within major infrastructure or engineering projects. - Advanced proficiency using Primavera P6 for complex schedule development and management. - Strong understanding of construction sequencing, engineering delivery and programme controls. - Proven experience integrating multiple contractor schedules within large-scale programmes. - Ability to analyse schedule data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders clearly. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multidisciplinary project teams. - High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to perform effectively within complex, fast-paced project delivery environments. โœ”๏ธ Desired Skills - Degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline, or equivalent experience. - Experience working on nuclear or other highly regulated infrastructure projects. - Familiarity with schedule analysis tools such as Acumen Fuse or equivalent software. - Experience with 4D planning tools such as Synchro within major construction programmes. - Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. ๐ŸŒŸ Take the next step in your planning career by joining Assystem and contributing to one of Europe's most ambitious nuclear infrastructure programmes.
