Requirements
- Proven experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, data science, or similar).
- Technical fluency: Ability to understand and discuss technical roles, skill sets, and hiring needs with engineers,data scientists, and other specific and technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills: Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Relationship builder: Able to build trust quickly with both candidates and technical hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented: High standards for candidate experience, organization, and follow-through.
- Data-driven & tech-savvy: Comfortable using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and analytics to improve outcomes.
- Self-starter: Operates with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight.
