Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and other hard-to-fill roles: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across engineering, engineering management, data science, and teams like finance and marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, data science, or similar).
  • Technical fluency: Ability to understand and discuss technical roles, skill sets, and hiring needs with engineers,data scientists, and other specific and technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills: Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Relationship builder: Able to build trust quickly with both candidates and technical hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented: High standards for candidate experience, organization, and follow-through.
  • Data-driven & tech-savvy: Comfortable using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and analytics to improve outcomes.
  • Self-starter: Operates with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight.

This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape our technical roadmap, product capabilities, and long-term innovation. You'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across software engineering, engineering management, data science, machine learning, technical product functions, and other hard-to-fill areas.
