Responsibilities
- Adhere to standard processes and procedures for estimating; review estimate basis and assumptions for completeness and reasonableness. Work with functional departments and service organization to develop services labor estimates.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field of study PLUS a minimum of four (4) year of experience in engineering, design, estimating, project management, or construction execution.

- Associate's Degree in a related field of study PLUS 6 years experience in engineering, design, project management, estimating, or construction execution..
- Trans Project Estimator Prin:(SG-008)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field of study PLUS a minimum of six (6) years of experience in engineering, design, estimating, project management, or construction execution.
- Associate's Degree in a related field of study PLUS 8 years experience in engineering, design, project management, estimating, or construction execution.
- OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Physical demand level is Sedentary
- Demonstrate effective leadership, team building and meeting management skills.
