The Supply Chain Rotational Development Program offers a rotational assignment through each department of our Supply Chain Center, with the total rotation lasting about 2 years. At the end of the rotation, they will work full-time in one of our supply chain departments. When your part of the Supply Chain team, your finger is literally on the pulse of Covestro's global manufacturing and distribution operations. You'll keep careful watch over incoming orders, outgoing shipments, production schedules, and even the flow of raw materials to our facilities. In the Supply Chain Development Program, they will spend time in various supply chain functions, including order management, logistics operations, network optimization, logistics procurement, production planning, e-business, and continuous improvement.
