Labcorp is seeking a Re fe re nce Te s t Clerk to join our team in Englewood, CO. Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 3:00am to 11:30am. Overtime and additional hours may be required depending on business needs. Job Re sponsibilities: P re pa re laboratory specimens for various analysis and testing Re search, troubleshoot and re solve customer and specimen problems Send test re quests to proper location and re lease test re sults Assist clients with any specimen re lated re quests or inquiries Process specimens to be sent out to additional facilities Provide support to various a re as of the laboratory Perform sample sorting, racking and re trieving P re pa re re cord logs in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or GED equivalent P re fer re d Qualification : Cur re nt or prior Labcorp experience 1 year or mo re of experience in a medical / clinical laboratory experience Additional Job Standards: Comfortability with handling biological specimens Ability to accurately identify specimens Basic computer and data entry skills Strong communication skills; written and verbal Ability to work independently or within a team environment Well organized and a high level of attention to detail Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Pay: $19 - $22 per hour plus a 3rd shift differential.
