Junior Charterer - Oil & Gas Trading

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Charterer for their shipping team. Role Reporting to the Head of Chartering, the Junior Charterer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and fixing LPG vessels (pressurized) on both spot and term bases. You will work closely with traders and operations to align freight strategies with commercial objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with shipowners, brokers, and terminal operators. The role includes monitoring market trends, negotiating charter party agreements, managing vessel performance, and resolving operational or demurrage issues. You will also track freight economics, support P&L optimization, and ensure compliance with HSE, sanctions, and shipping risk policies.
