Job Description Summary To promote and sell the assigned business product portfolio and support medical procedures by developing, managing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and business growth. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and within the assigned territory, addressing customers' needs, resolving issues, and identifying and following up on opportunities for upselling and/or cross-selling. Region: Masovian Voivodeship Preferred Location: Warsaw Job Description Main responsibilities will include: Performance Management: Deliver quantitative and qualitative quarterly/annual objectives in line with corporate policies and in compliance with local legal regulations. Track and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports to internal and/or external stakeholders as required. Participate in internal and external training and development activities as required by the manager. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in the assigned business area and territory to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Actively participate in external and internal meetings in line with business needs and as requested by relevant stakeholders. Work daily with the existing CRM system to maximize sales process efficiency. Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and providing professional technical support. Participate in complaint reporting process according to corporate and regional requirements, ensuring thorough and timely documentation. Address customer complaints effectively, working towards satisfactory resolutions Deliver training activities for customers and on-site presentations as required. Needs Assessment: Understand customers' needs and objectives to identify opportunities for the company to provide value and solutions. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and revenue. Organize and actively participate in conferences and conventions. Monitor market developments and competitive activities. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, product, logistics, tenders, customer operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively. Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all relevant BD policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to external and internal stakeholders as required, showcasing the value and results achieved. About You University degree At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical devices/ pharmaceutical company (tender procedure knowledge will be an advantage) Strong sales and customer service focus. Working proficiency in English. Solid practical knowledge and experience with MS Office. Driving license and ability to travel up to 80% of working time.
