REQ14493 Senior Scrum Master (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: Provide coaching and mentoring to the scrum masters and scrum teams. Facilitate changes in workflows and development practices to improve efficiency and align with business practices Review the frameworks and tools used by the development teams with a view to improve delivery PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership for the Scrum Masters through mentoring, facilitating cross-team collaboration and aligning methodologies practices Work with Product Owner and provide techniques for effective Product Backlog Management. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize values. Coaching multiple Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality, removing impediments and facilitating Scrum events. Helping the Scrum Teams to understand and practice Agility, Helping the Scrum Team and Stakeholders to understand and enact the Scrum theory, practices, rules and values. Work with Scrum Masters to define the best Agile practice across the organization and promote Agile Adoption.
