We are looking for a 3D Props Artist to help bring the stylized world of Disney Dreamlight Valley to life, a live game where players explore, build, and interact with beloved Disney and Pixar characters. In this role, you will create high-quality stylized props that enhance immersion and ensure visual consistency across the game. What You Will Be Working On Main responsibilities: Create stylized 3D props (furniture, decorative assets, tools, fantasy items) Work with both hard-surface and organic modeling techniques Texture and create materials using PBR workflows Integrate assets into Unity Optimize assets for real-time performance Identify and fix asset-related issues, iterate based on feedback Contribute to improving and documenting art pipelines Collaboration: You will work closely with Art Directors, Concept Artists, 3D Artists, and Tech Art / Unity teams. What Success Looks Like 3 months - successfully onboarded, first assets delivered in-game 6 months - stable quality, increased autonomy 9 months - contribution to asset quality and pipeline improvements
