About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to grow our AI platform sales business across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. You will be the frontline representative for a portfolio of purpose-built agentic AI platforms, each solving a distinct enterprise problem. This is not a generic technology sales role. You will be selling platforms with a clear point of view, a defined buyer, and a measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Platform sales & new business development
- Own the full early-stage sales motion, from prospecting and outreach to qualified pipeline and closed meetings
- Identify the right buyer for each platform: procurement and ops leads for Reconcile.ai, credit and risk teams for CredOps.ai, and transformation leaders for the Digital Worker Suite
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets across the platform portfolio
- Platform evangelism & events
- Represent the company at technology events, conferences, webinars, and industry networking forums across the region
- Engage event attendees and convert connections into qualified business opportunities
- Deliver compelling platform narratives, not feature lists - that connect each product to a client's specific business problem
- Position our platforms against the competitive landscape with confidence and clarity
- Client engagement & solution positioning
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Understand client business challenges deeply enough to match the right platform to the right problem
- Coordinate with internal product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client discussions
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with regular forecasting and opportunity updates
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, lead generation, or technology sales
- Experience selling IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, AI/Gen AI Solutions, Managed Services, or Technology Consulting is strongly preferred
- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market customer segments preferred
- Experience in FSI, banking, or lending technology sales is an advantage
- Experience operating in APAC markets , particularly Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines is critical
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value for a non-technical audience
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers - CIOs, CFOs, Head of Operations, Chief Credit Officers
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for sales and emerging technology
- Organised and disciplined in pipeline management and reporting
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and industry events across the region
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
