Job Title: Adult Social Work - Hammersmith Location: Hammersmith Pay Rate: £35 Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join in Hammersmith. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and risks, developing personalized support plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions.
