Job Description As an HR Shared Services Specialist SR - LA , you will be the primary contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, and Workday transactions. You will resolve HR inquiries, manage cases through Workday Help, and escalate specialized requests to the appropriate HR teams when needed. Additionally, you will support employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR records, assist with self-service transactions, and deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations. You will report to the Lead, HR Service Center - LA. Main Responsibilities: You will resolve HR inquiries related to onboarding, employee data, leaves, mobility, benefits, and payroll support. You will identify process improvements that enhance service efficiency and employee experience. You will manage escalated cases and recommend appropriate solutions. You will train new HR Specialists on procedures and customer service best practices. You will partner with HR teams and vendors to resolve complex inquiries. You will maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HR transactions. You will manage cases through Workday Help and monitor service performance. You will support system testing and process improvement initiatives. You will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools. You will support audits, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other regional HR activities. You will promote best practices and continuous improvement across the HRSC team. Mnimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Three years of shared service center or HR representative experience in HR Operations and Global Employee Relations. Experience handling confidential information. Work with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present information. Build stable working relationships internally Experience with HRIS systems. Proficiency Microsoft Office suite.
