SHADOW is seeking a proactive and organized Jr. Manager, Influencer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of agency or in-house experience. I n this role, you will mentor coordinators in the influencer division, assist managers efficiently, and manage organic influencer initiatives that drive client success. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships in the influencer space will be key to achieving outstanding results. What You Do: Mentorship and Oversight: Provide guidance and support to coordinator(s) in the influencer division, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success. Managerial Support: Assist direct managers with various tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Target List Creation: Develop organic target lists, such as invite lists and gifting lists, with a focus on quality and positive feedback, requiring minimal edits. Document Drafting: Prepare first drafts of essential documents including creative briefs, contracts, campaign recaps, and reports, consistently receiving positive feedback and minimal edits. Influencer Engagement: Manage organic efforts with influencers, such as gifting programs and event invites, to yield measurable results for clients. Deadline Management: Meet or exceed all deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work. Internal Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on project status. Project Briefing: Provide regular updates to internal teams on the status of owned projects, requiring little to no follow-up. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain 4-5 solid relationships within the influencer space, with a focus on expanding your network further. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related area. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms such as GPS, MightyScout, Julius, Fashion Monitor, and Celeb Intelligence.
