Reverse Logistics Returns Specialist

About the role

As a Reverse Logistics Returns Specialist, you will be the linchpin of our global return ecosystem, ensuring that customer assets transition seamlessly back into our supply chain. You will drive the mission of maximizing recovery value and customer satisfaction by orchestrating complex logistics between our internal teams, freight partners, and manufacturing sites. This role is a unique hybrid opportunity to collaborate across our Prague office and Pardubice factory, directly impacting Everpure's sustainability and operational efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Pick-Up Request Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end execution of customer return requests, ensuring high accuracy and timely recovery of hardware to maintain lean inventory levels.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Logistics: Lead daily coordination with logistics partners, Sales Ops, and Contract Manufacturers to troubleshoot transit issues and optimize the return cycle time.
• Maintain Data Integrity Across Platforms: Manage the flow of real-time data within SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce to ensure inventory accuracy and provide stakeholders with reliable reporting on return trends.
• Optimize Packaging & Vendor Performance: Monitor return packaging stock levels and guide communications with third-party carriers to resolve shipment discrepancies and improve vendor service levels.
• Improve Operational Scalability: Identify bottlenecks in the return process and implement workflow enhancements that reduce friction for both global customers and internal warehouse teams.
• WHAT YOU BRING
• Logistics & Systems Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of reverse logistics workflows and hands-on experience navigating ERP and CRM environments (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce) to manage complex data sets.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to independently resolve shipment exceptions, analyze return root causes, and utilize tools like Excel or Tableau to drive data-informed decisions.
• Operational Agility: Proven capability to prioritize high-volume tasks in a fast-paced hardware environment, maintaining a sharp eye for detail while meeting strict operational KPIs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Skill in fostering professional partnerships with international stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve compliance or shipping hurdles effectively.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague and Pardubice offices in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
