• Minimum 1 year of previous employment
• May include retail, customer service, etc
• 2 Professional references
• ( 2 ) forms of valid identification at the time of in-person registration
• US Passport or Residency Card or Employment Authorization
• Social Security Card
• (2) Passport Photos
• $350 Fee
• Cash Only Payment
• Must be paid at time of registration

This is a Board of Nursing approved Train-to-Hire Home Health Aide training program where we'll foster your empathetic spirit and offer opportunities for personal growth! All applicants must submit an interest form and schedule a phone interview by 04/24/2026 to be considered. Maximum class size of 10 - registration is by selection only .
