Weapon Trainer (1 Year Contract, Opportunity to Renew / Convert)

Requirements

• Candidates with relevant experience in supervisory, training, or operational roles are welcome to apply. Experience from military contexts (e.g. Supervising or Conducting Officer roles) may be considered an advantage.
• Experience in conducting live-firing and ranges.
• Versed in SAF Authorized Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Work location is at Jurong Camp.

Additional Information

Study and understand the manual and lesson plan for the assigned weapon system. Prepare the classroom and training materials in advance of each session. Deliver engaging and effective lessons on weapon handling, safety, and operations. Organize and oversee auxiliary trainers during hands-on training exercises. Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate training performance and provide constructive feedback. Summarize key points at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning outcomes.
