The Product Manager, Workforce Management, will take hands-on ownership of our workforce management (WFM) solution's squad operations - including owning the day-to-day execution, backlog quality, and delivery velocity. As you grow, you will increasingly carry the product delivery engine on a day-to-day basis. As your product knowledge grows, you will be the go-to subject-matter resource and become more customer engaged. This is a high-growth, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Group Product Manager. Previous product managers who have thrived in this role did not arrive as WFM or private security experts. They succeeded because of their tenacity, their collaborative spirit, their willingness to read documentation, experiment hands-on with the software, and their genuine excitement about growingwith the product.
