About the role
As an Indirect Buyer (d/f/m), you'll take ownership of sourcing activities across indirect categories in the DACH region, driving projects end-to-end and delivering measurable value. - Coordinate sourcing activities (mainly €100k-€500k) across DACH, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth execution
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and onboarding while monitoring supplier performance
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration by sharing best practices and driving transparent communication
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in a dynamic environment
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- Degree in Procurement, Business, or similar field
- Experience in sourcing, supplier and contract management, as well as stakeholder engagement
- Experience with procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset
- Fluent in German and English
