About the role

As an Indirect Buyer (d/f/m), you'll take ownership of sourcing activities across indirect categories in the DACH region, driving projects end-to-end and delivering measurable value. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, select suppliers, and manage end-to-end sourcing processes-ensuring tangible value delivery
  • Coordinate sourcing activities (mainly €100k-€500k) across DACH, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth execution
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and onboarding while monitoring supplier performance
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration by sharing best practices and driving transparent communication
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in a dynamic environment
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Degree in Procurement, Business, or similar field
  • Experience in sourcing, supplier and contract management, as well as stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset
  • Fluent in German and English
