Responsibilities

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of progressive experience in U.S. biopharma market access, payer marketing, account management, or related commercial functions.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, etc.), preferred.
- Deep understanding of U.S. payer landscape (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) and oncology/provider reimbursement dynamics.
- Demonstrated success leading payer/provider engagements and translating strategy into field execution.
- Oncology market access experience, including launch readiness and post-launch access optimization.
- Prior experience building or scaling a field market access team in an emerging biotech environment.
- Experience with specialty distribution, patient services/HUB models, and specialty pharmacy operations.
- Exposure to pricing and contracting strategy (rebates, fees, performance guarantees, or other access levers).
- Ability to travel regularly to support field engagement and internal alignment.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Experience leading field market access strategy and execution for at least one specialty product launch or major indication expansion.
- Experience owning relationships with national and/or regional payer organ
