- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Pennsylvania PE preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in highway engineering.
- Experience working with PennDOT , PTC , or other transportation agencies.
- Experience with New Jersey, New York, or other regional authorities is a plus.
- Familiarity with AASHTO design standards.
- Proficiency in MicroStation , Bentley/OpenRoads , and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience in highway design and the ability to define scope and prepare engineering estimates.
- Ability to provide quality control oversight for highway engineering tasks.
- A passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Interest in participating in client service teams, proposal development, and business development activities.
