Responsibilities
- Partial telecommute benefit (2 days/week work from home).
- Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section):
- Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") programming in object-oriented and scripting languages for analog/digital devices and products;
- Demonstrated knowledge of design verification tools and flows including Verilog, Verilog simulators, Spice simulators, or related languages;
- DE developing software in major ATE software platforms to test ICs on custom designed and debugged PCBs for interface to ATE;
- DE designing (individually and/or as part of a team) software and hardware to characterize and production test state-of-the-art ICs;
- DE using statistical analysis tools and reports oriented for validation of products to set test limits on products and datasheets;
- DE participating in project development including support of design-for-testability, product qualification, inertial test methodologies & specifications and ongoing support of products in production; and
- DE releasing products to production by interfacing with various departments such as Quality, Reliability, Applications, Product Engineering, Assembly, Failure analysis and Global Operations.
- Experience and skills may be gained during a PhD program.
