SUPO, where required) The Mission of the Field Technician As a HAPS Operations Field Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing, executing, and assessing ground and flight testing campaigns for ICEYE's High Altitude Platform System - a large-scale UAV project set to make a real mark on aviation history. You'll be part of a growing, dedicated operations team working on one of the most ambitious unmanned aerial programs in the world, with significant room to grow as the team scales. Who are we? Day to day responsibilities: Perform aircraft setup, flight hardware integration, and field and central maintenance across testing campaigns. Assist with aircraft component integration and systems ground-testing, including support on aircraft prototyping and systems testing activities. Plan and coordinate flight testing campaigns from a technical readiness perspective, ensuring all systems and logistics are prepared for safe and effective execution. Operate and/or pilot unmanned aircraft in a support capacity during testing operations. Assess and report on flight testing results, contributing to continuous improvement of operations and aircraft performance. Assist in the development of aircraft and operations-related documentation.
