Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Clinical background and experience highly preferred (spine preferred). The successful candidate must have shown experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room as well as experience leading a large territory
  • Ability to use your hunter mentality and personal accountability for achieving strong results. Proven ability to negotiate, execute, manage, and enforce sales contracts.
  • Can effectively communicate product value proposition and comprehensive clinical information through strong negotiation and presentation skills with a deep knowledge base of sales processes and business acumen
  • Able to work autonomously to achieve established goals and has the ability to understand and adapt to market dynamics to forecast effectively
  • Travel requirement at least 50% and valid driver's license is required
