Agency Lead

Requirements

• 8-15+ years of experience in Digital Ad Sales, Agency Sales, Media Sales, Media buying or
• planning or AdTech.
• Currently working at AVP, Director, or equivalent leadership level.
• Strong network and established relationships within media agencies, advertising agencies, and
• agency holding groups.
• Proven track record of driving agency-led revenue growth and closing high-value advertising
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Video, Display,
• Programmatic, and AdTech solutions.
• Excellent business development, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
