Director, Valuations

Requirements

• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a top undergraduate program required
• Ideally willing to relocate to or be primarily present in either Gurgaon or Mumbai
• 10 plus years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts / forecasts and other intangible asset models
• Experience on the valuations team at a top-tier global accounting firm, investment bank or financial advisory firm
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
• High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset
• Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments

This Director will combine analytical rigor and technical valuation expertise to execute high-quality deliverables for middle market clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven track record of leading complex valuation engagements, advising private equity sponsors and corporate stakeholders and developing high-performing teams. The Director, VAL will report to the Head of TPI, partner with the VAL Practice Line Leader and serve as an integrated member of the firm's VAL team.
