About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FINANCIAL SERVICES BRANCH (TRF-822), ACCOUNTING DIVISION (TRF-820), COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT (TRF-800) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing the new and complex Department of Defense Purchase Card Program and applying professional knowledge and judgement to the study, review, design, formulation, analysis and implementation of the Command's Purchase Card Program Experience using a financial management system (e.g., Navy Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] or similar system) to process, review, and analyze procurements associated with the Navy's strategic submarine forces. Experience developing and recommending command level policy and procedures which involve the purchase card program. Experience designating and training card holders in the concept and execution of the purchase card program and maintenance of all related administrative processes. Experience ensuring personnel are fully trained in all aspects of government purchase card and Navy ERP processes.
