The Job As a Sr. Director, IBP you'll be part of our Industrial team working as a remote employee. You'll get to: Further establish and develop the IBP & Supply Chain Planning leadership team and the sub-functions of SIOP, Network Planning and CoEs, driving E2E metrics. Maintain focus on long-term planning to ensure forecast accuracy for planning capacity levels and drive the execution teams on the short-term actions to maximize sales and profitability. Ensure effective cadence of reviews, deploying standard reports, and an analytical approach to problem solving with effect corrective and preventative actions. Run, approve, and escalate scenarios using the available planning tools to maintain sales and profit targets. Provide a coherent consensus plan for all locations covering demand, supply & inventory used as the leading input for the financial forecast. Communicate assumptions and performance variances. Champion change to ensure adoption of the IBP process. Train and develop all involved functions including sales, finance, and global supply chain. Build strong working relationships with technology teams to develop automation and continued enhancements in support of the IBP & Supply Chian Planning process. Monitor the effectiveness of the IBP & Supply Chain Planning process to identify and execute continuous improvement actions. You also have: 10+ years senior management experience for a multinational, dynamic industry leader in comparable size/scope role. 5+ years People Leader experience BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain management, Operations Mgt, or related required, MBA Preferred Record of accomplishment in development and execution of the end-to-end planning function on a global scale. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail required. Ability to effectively communicate to both internal and external (Customer) stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Business Warehouse. SAP/IBP a plus). Strong cross-functional supply chain process knowledge, continuous improvement, and project management.
