Your daily routine would include: Discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Preparing estimates for new features. Participating in the development of customer-facing software products. Taking responsibility for code quality and on-time completion of tasks. Initiating improvements and following the adopted Agile development methodology. Participating in peer code reviews and SCRUM meetings. We'll know you can make it if you have: Solid technical background in Java. Deep understanding of REST APIs with Spring and Hibernate. Strong knowledge of algorithms, complexity, design, and architectural patterns. Experience with Jira and version control systems (e.g., Git). Good understanding of Maven, Gradle, JUnit. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Extended database expertise (Oracle, MongoDB, Redis). Advantage: experience with Go, Node.js, Quarkus, Struts, JSP. Fluent English, written and spoken.
