Guest Experience Crew / Service Team Role

About the role

At Mr Bucket Chocolaterie, we create memorable experiences through chocolate, hospitality, and meaningful connections. We are looking for warm, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Dempsey team. This is a dynamic role that rotates across our retail boutique, café service, and chocolate experiences/workshops. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across both retail and café operations.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide product recommendations on chocolates, beverages, and café offerings.
• Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Facilitate and support chocolate experiences, workshops, and guided tastings.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation of all guest-facing areas.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
• Work closely with team members to deliver seamless daily operations.
• Support private events, corporate workshops, and special activations when required.
• Uphold Mr Bucket's service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, café, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to rotate across different service functions and work weekends/public holidays when required.
