Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle email correspondence, telephone calls, and communications on behalf of the Director in a professional manner.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.

  • Exposure to tenant relations, property administration, or leasing support functions.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, priorities effectively, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesia will be an added advantage, as the role may involve communication with Indonesian speaking clients and management
  • Experience supporting senior management within the hospitality, property rental, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
