Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance satisfaction.
• Generate new business through walk-in traffic and phone enquiries.
• Uphold service excellence standards and brand presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory checks.
• Maintain high standards of boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE Qualifications or a related field
• Prior experience in retail rostering management
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications

Position : Retail Associate Location : Central Working hours : 5 Days Work Week, 8/10 hours shift - Sunday to Thursday: 11.00AM to 9.30PM, Friday to Saturday: 11.00AM to 10PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,300 Basic + Commissions + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment Duration : Perm Industry : Retail
