Responsible for tacking invoices and timely payments. - Timely reporting of business activities and sales forecast to business group. - Record keeping of all the technical communication, history of equipment, Changes & upgrades - Enter data and maintain project records and files(Mainly in electronic copy, including hard copy) - Support group leaders for carrying out administrative jobs, such as record keeping, taking notes and providing MOM, arranging for travels etc.
