About the role

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be a key leader within the home, providing hands-on clinical oversight while supporting and developing the nursing and care teams. You'll play a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, driving best practice, and supporting continuous improvement. The working hours will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, splitting your time with being visible on the floor as well as Supernumery time in the office. As Deputy Manager you will be part of the on-call rota. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and overseeing clinical care across the home. Ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. Supporting nurses and senior carers through coaching and development. Maintaining clinical governance, audits and compliance standards. Deputising for the Home Manager when required. Contributing to inspection readiness and quality assurance.
