Responsibilities
- Manage optical alignment equipment and related alignment methodology for the latest generation of optical wafer inspection tools
- Manage photo-contamination control, identify ways to improve yield and predictability of the mechanical parts and integration process

- Experience in developing manufacturing procedures and leading a team in assembling (optical) mechanical systems
- Excellent project management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- A self-driven individual with keen technical mind, positive attitude and strong team player
- 25 % travelling required
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
