You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Management Leadership Program Management Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Evaluating program goals and budget execution for complex, multi-year programs to provide recommendations to senior leadership on resource allocation; 2) Applying budgetary policies and regulations to manage the formulation, presentation, and execution of a program's annual budget; AND 3) Providing technical guidance to team members or peers on programming and budget processes and systems. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
