Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Content Execution
  • Update and publish content across Sitecore XM, HubSpot, and Sitecore Content Hub, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.

  • Work with content creators to integrate relevant keywords and follow SEO best practices.
  • Ensure technical SEO elements-such as redirects, alt text, canonical tags, and structured data-are consistently applied.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify trends in content performance, UX behavior, and user intent to guide enhancements.
  • Partner with design and development teams to test new layouts, calls to action, and interactive elements.
  • Recommend new content types or page structures to strengthen engagement and lead generation.
  • Support governance by maintaining clear documentation for content workflows, tagging, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in web content management, analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing SEO or analytics projects in higher education, travel, or consumer marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing tools is preferred.
  • Experience creating or maintaining data dashboards or campaign reports is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and content optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BrightEdge (or similar SEO/analytics platforms).
  • Proficiency with CMS tools such as Sitecore XM and HubSpot; experience with Sitecore Content Hub a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic technical troubleshooting for web content.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights in clear, actionable ways.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and content quality assurance
  • Strong written communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
