Shipping/Receiving Support

Responsibilities

• Receive and shipping - Receipt, classification, and dispatch of materials.
• Import/export documentation - Validation of documents for international material movements.
• Internal and external courier services - Delivery and collection of documents and packages.
• Material storage - Organization and safeguarding of materials, keeping inventories updated.
• Weight and size verification - Confirm that materials meet shipping requirements.
• Driver coordination - Manage internal and external transportation activities.
• Forklift inspection - Coordinate preventive maintenance checks.
• EHS compliance - Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental activities.
• The Essentials - You Will Have:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Desired knowledge: SAP knowledge (preferred).
