Responsibilities
- Execute engineering tasks and provide technical support to the Process Engineering team.
- Participate in the development, adjustment, and optimization of plastic injection molding processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including engineering runs and process validations.
- Execute and document equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process stability.

Requirements
- Technical degree in Plastics Processing or advanced studies (50% or more completed) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, Materials Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in plastic injection molding process development using scientific molding methodologies or similar approaches.
- Knowledge of process validations and technical documentation in regulated environments.
- Basic to intermediate English level (A2 or higher).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and technical problem-solving.
- Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of DOE, RJG, Scientific Molding, or IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
- Experience with engineering resins and plastic material processing.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or process monitoring software.
