Integrations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Help scope & gather requirements to understand customers' integration needs
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new integrations and capabilities for the StackOne unified API
• Research and explore various tools and platforms to identify opportunities for expanding StackOne's integration capabilities
• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing integrations
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the integration process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Contribute to the development of integration-related documentation, guidelines, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the API and integration space

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on web applications
• Prior professional experience using Typescript and/or Node.js
• Experience interacting with APIs
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building integrations with various tools via APIs and a keen interest in exploring new technologies and platforms. As an Integrations Engineer at StackOne, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our platform's capabilities. You will work to understand our customer's unique needs and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to add support for new integrations within the StackOne unified API.
