Job Title: Team Manager - Children's Services Location: Barnsley - Hybrid (minimum onsite presence required - 3 days) Pay Rate: £40 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead a dynamic children's social work team within its client's Children's Services department in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader with a strong safeguarding background and a passion for driving quality and performance. What will your responsibilities be? You'll be responsible for managing a team of 7 social workers, including 1 Advanced Practitioner, within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Your leadership will be key in navigating complex safeguarding cases, ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
